Okay I bet 65% of the people who read my blog got that title.Yesterday,I slept over at Indi's house and it was awesome.It was rainy outside so we stayed in watching the adventure time marathon and talking about the mysteries of life.She got out her guitar so I taught her c chord and we played different stuff on that for a while.I am actually learning "Ring of Fire" by none other then Johnny Cash. It sounds awesome.I also played the adventure time theme song and it got stuck in both of our heads.... Indi has a very big, sweet, dog and I was sitting on the futon and she attempted to lie on my lap,Which sort of was comfy and not comfy at the same time.Her dog can and will eat anything from tin cans to water bottles to a pound of chocolate chips without getting a stomachache.That dog never ceases to amaze me. I just recently read a book called "Football genius" which is about a kid who can predict football plays before they happen.It is a great book,I would give it a 9 out of ten.It is written by Tim Green.I also just finished a book called "Stargirl" today and it was amazing.I will do a review on it later.


So, I have about a billion t shirts, but there are a couple I really want. My mom and I made a deal that if I get rid of fifteen t shirts, I can get one.

Star wars

Hello everyone!I just read the strange case of the origami Yoda  and it was pretty good!It is a book about some sixth grade kids ,Tommy, Kellen, Dwight, and Sara. Tommy is the main character.His friend dwight ( who everyone considers a weirdo) made a origami finger puppet of Yoda and it starts giving advice to people.Tommy is trying to figure out if the origami yoda is real or not because he wants to ask yoda about a girl.The drawings are a little creepy but it was still pretty good. It also shows you how to make your own Yoda too!

The Dogs of Winter by Bobbie Pyron

I warn you,If  you want to read this book,be prepared to cry at least seven times (Indi must be surprised she knows I never cry).I swear,I am not a emotional person, I didn't cry when Rue died in the Hunger Games and I haven't cried at any book or movie except The odd life of Timothy Green and Gregor the Overlander (the last book).I only cry occasionally when I get hurt ( say the time I got hit in the head with a baseball ).This book is about a boy named Mishka who has no family and ends up on the streets of Russia. He is five years old.He gets tossed around some places but then he finds the Dogs. He always sees stray dogs around,begging,rooting through trash cans, Etc. and he becomes fascinated with them. Eventually he leaves the group of older kids we was with and goes to live with the dogs.There are eight of them in total, and he calls them,Lucky,Rip,Smoke,Grandmother,Little Mother,and the three puppies.He grows to love them and they all protect each other. They eventually move into the woods,were they meet another pack of dogs and some other creatures.I will not tell you what happens next,You need to read it.It is a great and well written book and ends more or less happy,but it was sad at some parts.I give it a 9/10 (one point taken because of sadness)

Wind Shield Wipers

Indi told me the topic of this post should be windshield wipers.That's what you get when you ask Indi for a topic...The wind shield wiper fluid in my car got chewed by mice TWICE. In a row.My mom replaced it an then they ate it again.My mom doesn't really like mice so that was great for her.....There I talked about wind shields.Now,for whatever else I will write about.Books.Books books books.I love books.my mom and I go to the library whenever possible. Lately I have found less and less series I find interesting.Right now I am reading a book called The Dogs of Winter by Bobbie Pyron. So far it is sad but well written and I want to find out how it ends.I may do a review on it soon. Books are so cool you can go to anywhere you can imagine like a castle,or a different country,or a whole other planet!I don't know about you but that amazes me..

Savvy by Ingrid Law

Hey guys!sup? Savvy is a book about a girl named Mibbs (that is her nickname her real name is Mississippi) who is about to turn thirteen. In her family, when you turn thirteen you get your “savvy” or special talent. For instance, her brother Fish can alter the weather and her grandpa can move mountains, literally. She has big hopes for her savvy when suddenly her dad gets in a car accident and her mom and brother go to the hospital to stay with him. She is convinced her savvy, whatever it is, will heal her dad. So at her thirteenth birthday party, she sneaks on a bus she thinks is headed to the town where the hospital is with two of her brothers and the pastor’s kids, Will and Bobbie. They end up having a huge adventure and almost get into a lot of trouble. Overall, it is a really great book but one thing annoys me a bit. They all say things a little bit country like. They say stuff like “willy nilly” and “Ma” and stuff like that. That annoyed me a lot. Besides that, it was one of the best books I have read in a while. I would suggest it for ages ten and up. There is a companion book for it called “Scumble”, which I just started reading. So far it is pretty good. I hope you read them!

Mark of Athena

So, most young adults or kids have either read or heard of Mark of Athena (or the Percy Jackson series).It is the third book in the Heroes of Mount Olympus series (which is prettyyy much an extension of the Percy Jackson series) and is an amazing book.I personally like the second book better (Son of Neptune).I love Mark of Athena, but I like the second better.

Note from writer: if you haven't read the series,and plan on reading it,please do not read.

I thought the end was kind of funny.They just kinda threw everything in,like "We'll just throw the two main characters into Tartarus".I am not saying it wasn't good, it was just kind of amusing.I like Frank and Leo.They are my two favorite characters that are not from the original series.Leo is really funny and Frank is just awesome, i mean he can change into an elephant!What is better than that!?!

The Divide

Another book review! yay!

This one is about a book called The Divide  by Elizabeth Kay.It is a really good book about a boy named Felix who gets transported to another dimension were HUMANS are mythical beings and science is mythical,like magic is to us.Elves and Griffins and anything mythical in our world is real in their world.It is a cool concept,  I think is really original.In the first book (there are three), Felix has to find a cure for his heart condition and stop a evil pixie (japegrin).Indi is letting me borrow the second book.I like it so far.I would give the series a 9.5/10.I really like the griffin, Ironclaw, in it. He is awesome.I hope you read it!

The Sisters Grimm.

The Sisters Grimm is an awesome series by Michel Buckley! It is about two sisters who's parents disappeared  a couple of years ago and they are running away from foster parent to foster parent.Their newest foster parent is an old woman who claims to be there long lost grandmother and she also says that they are all the descendants of the Grimm brothers and that all fairy tale characters are real.The older of the two,Sabrina,thinks the lady is crazy and she and her sister,Daphne,try to run away but it turns out "Relda" was right, she is kidnapped by a giant!That is how the first book starts.I don't like the first as much as all the other ones so if you don't like the first at all, skip it and read the others.I give the series a 10/10.I have read all the books and was very sad when they ended.:( They are funny and well written.Let's give a round of applause to Michel Buckley! *clap*clap* :)

The Third Wheel

Lately I've been doing a lot of book reviews, I am almost done with my shark article!So the newest Diary of a Wimpy Kid is even better than the rest!This one is mostly about how Greg is going to the school valentine's day dance and is racing to find a date.He tries many times and fails. He FINALLY  finds one and goes with her and Rowley(as a group of friends),but not everything goes as planned but I won't spoil it or anything.If you haven't read the others,read them first.I would give it a 9/10.I know it seems like a always give books that but this is because if I don't like a book I usually don't bother to finish it!I have a new page on my blog called drawings and that's were I'll be posting some new drawings once in a while.

When You Reach Me Review

I got this book a while ago form a relative and it was called When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead.It was autographed by the author!I had so many books to read that I didn't read it for a while but then I started reading it and I couldn't put it down!It is half mystery half fantasy I guess.I really like the main character, Miranda.It isn't super short or super long,It is about 198 pages.It is about this girl Miranda and her everyday life but she keeps getting sent mysterious letters that claim the sender is trying to save her friend's life.It is really good and the characters are really in depth,not really flat.The book is a Newbery Medal winner of 2010 and a bunch of other awards.I think it was a really good book and hope you read it too.

The last invisible boy

Hey everyone! whats up? So I read this book called The Last Invisible Boy by Evan Kuhlman and it was really good!At first I was kind of confused because I was thinking more of like a fantasy novel when I picked it up(my friend kept bugging me to read it)But it is more like Diary of a Wimpy Kid in the sense that it is journal style and has lots of drawings.I doodle like that alot now!I would give it a 9 out of ten.There were somesad parts and some happy parts.Here is a quick drawing of the main character,Finn.

Wildlife heroes

hey everyone,whats up?I just got this book at the library called wildlife heroes.It is about conservationists who accomplished alot for the environment.it was really cool and i learned alot about some endangered species.One of my favorites is the fossa.i bet you are wondering what that is right?If you do know, great!A fossa is a smallish cat like animal.it is technically not in the cat family,but in a family of the mongoose.They are the largest predator in Madagascar and their IUCN status is vulnerable.You no the cat like creatures in Madagascar (the movie)? That's what these are.I really like fossas and want to help them and maybe study them.I hope you do to.The picture below is of a fossa and I might draw one later!

Fablehaven Series

There is this series I am reading called fablehaven. It is by Brandon Mull.There are these two kids,Seth and Kendra,who go visit there grandparents and find out that their grandparents own a preserve for mythical creatures.Then a demon and witch kidnap the grandparents and Seth and Kendra have to save them(with the help of some awesome creatures).I love this series and I hope you read it!!The first book is just called fablehaven.the second is rise of the evening star.comment if you have read the series,it would be appreciated!!Hey Brandon Mull,
